# Your AI product, from zero to production

I help you decide what to build with AI, then I build your product, ship it to production and set up the team that will carry it.

For a founder or CEO launching a product built around AI who wants one person to own both the product and the technology, from the first decision to production.

## The stack

Ruby on Rails or Elixir and Phoenix for the backend, Hotwire for the web interface, Flutter for the mobile apps. The stack follows your product, not the other way around.

## How the engagement works

A defined engagement, with a scope and deliverables we agree on together, then, if you wish, part-time support, such as fractional product or technical leadership.

It starts with a free 30-minute intro call, to get to know each other and decide whether to go further.

Remote for Canada and France, with at least three hours of overlap with Paris business hours every day. Hybrid or on site in the Québec City area.

## What I have delivered

- Scribee, 2025 to 2026: I built a French e-invoicing platform from zero, with its iOS and Android apps. Scribee has been registered by the French tax authority (DGFiP) as an approved platform since December 22, 2025.
- Chronogolf, 2014 to 2018: as the first developer, I built the backend and the team while the company grew from 5 to 45+ people, until its acquisition by Lightspeed.
