For a founder or SME leader who wonders what AI can do for their product and processes, and wants a short, fixed-price first step before investing further.
What I examine
- Your product: what it does for your users and where AI could serve them better.
- Your processes: repetitive tasks, documents handled by hand, decisions waiting on someone.
- Your data: what you have, where it lives and the constraints that apply to it, such as the GDPR or Québec's Law 25.
- Your team: its skills, its tools and what it can carry on its own.
What you get
- A prioritized list of use cases with what each one brings you, and the ones to avoid, with the reason.
- A costed roadmap: the order of the work, and the effort and cost of each step.
- A working prototype of the first use case, so you can judge it in practice before investing.
How the engagement works
The engagement lasts 2 weeks, at a fixed price, on a scope we agree on together.
It starts with a free 30-minute intro call, to get to know each other and decide whether to go further.
The price is set after the intro call, based on the size of your product and processes.
Then you decide: carry out the roadmap with your team, with me, or not at all.
Remote for Canada and France, with at least three hours of overlap with Paris business hours every day. Hybrid or on site in the Québec City area.
What I have delivered
- Scribee, a French e-invoicing platform registered by the French tax authority (DGFiP) as an approved platform since December 22, 2025: I integrated Mistral AI there for text recognition (OCR) and for processing uploaded documents, because Scribee required a European provider.
- Homeric, which I co-founded in 2021: when LLMs upended its market, we kept the same goal and changed the means, from analysis to AI skills and agents.
