Homeric, since 2021
A product born before ChatGPT, now AI skills and agents for the product operating model
The problem
In 2021, ChatGPT did not exist yet. A company changing how it worked wrote down its processes and playbooks, then had to get every team to adopt them.
We founded Homeric to help with that.
Analysis to guide adoption
Homeric learned a company's processes and collected data on how they were adopted. From that it drew analyses to guide the company and help it get its processes and playbooks adopted company-wide.
It used no language model: analysis, and a product view of what makes a team change its habits.
My role
As a co-founder, I built Homeric's backend from day one, in Ruby on Rails with PostgreSQL and GraphQL. I am still its on-demand technical advisor.
The LLM shift
LLMs upended that market. We kept the same goal and changed the means: Homeric moved from analysis to skills and agents.
Today
Homeric provides AI skills and agents to run the product operating model. Its MCP servers give product and tech teams skills for product management, product strategy and developer experience, backed by advisory services.
What this means for you
Your know-how lives in documents and in a few people's heads: your processes, your business rules, the way you decide. I can turn it into skills your AI agents use, so it applies to every task, even when the right person is not around.
